Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Pat 4 salmon fillets dry, place in dish, pour marinade over. Marinate 10-15 minutes.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
- Opt for fresh salmon for best results.
- Don't over-marinate to avoid 'cooking' the fish.
- Broil last 2 minutes for crispy top.
