Ingredients
  

  • 9 slider buns
  • 1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup Frank's buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • 9x9 baking dish
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line 9x9 dish with parchment. Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika in bowl.
  2. Place bottom buns in dish. Spoon chicken mixture evenly.
  3. Top with cheese and bun tops.
  4. Mix butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning. Brush tops.
  5. Cover with foil, bake 15 minutes. Uncover, bake 5-10 more until golden.
  6. Cut and serve hot.

Notes

  • Press buns down before baking.
  • Air fryer: 400°F for 8-10 min.
  • Store fridge 3 days.
