Method
- Cube salmon into 1-inch pieces after removing skin.
- Whisk marinade ingredients together. Coat salmon and marinate 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Spray basket with oil.
- Air fry salmon in single layer 6 minutes, flip, brush marinade, 4-6 more minutes.
- Assemble bowls: rice, salmon, veggies, toppings. Drizzle sauce.
Notes
Adjust cook time for doneness. Don't overcrowd basket.
