Ingredients
  

Salmon & Marinade
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Bowl Components
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sriracha mayo

Method
 

  1. Cube salmon into 1-inch pieces after removing skin.
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together. Coat salmon and marinate 15-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Spray basket with oil.
  4. Air fry salmon in single layer 6 minutes, flip, brush marinade, 4-6 more minutes.
  5. Assemble bowls: rice, salmon, veggies, toppings. Drizzle sauce.

Notes

Adjust cook time for doneness. Don't overcrowd basket.
