- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly if desired.
- Let the cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For chewier cookies, reduce the boiling time by a few seconds. For firmer cookies, let the mixture boil a bit longer. You can also add shredded coconut or chopped nuts for texture.
