  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

  • Air fryer (optional)

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out a tortilla. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly across the surface, leaving a small border. Top with 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and place half a string cheese stick near one edge.
  3. Roll the tortilla as tightly as you can, starting from the side with the cheese stick. Place the finished roll seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat for all five tortillas.
  4. Lightly spray the tops of the rolls with the butter spray. Sprinkle generously with dried oregano and a little grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool for a minute or two before serving.

Notes

Tips: Don't overfill your rolls to avoid cheese explosions. Give them space on the baking sheet for even crisping. If tortillas are stiff, warm them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to make them pliable. Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes. Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in an oven or air fryer. Make-ahead: Assemble rolls and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
