Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking pan with cooking oil or non-stick spray.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Sprinkle roughly 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then place 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni evenly on top.
- Roll the tortilla up tightly into a log, keeping the filling tucked inside. Place it seam-side down on the prepared baking pan.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni until all the roll ups are assembled and arranged in a single layer on the pan.
- Brush the tops of the roll ups lightly with the cooking oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tops of the roll ups.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are lightly golden at the edges.
- Allow the Pizza Roll Ups to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Warm the tortillas briefly in the microwave if they feel stiff, which makes them easier to roll without cracking. Do not overload each tortilla with sauce or cheese so the filling stays inside while baking.
