- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth and tangy.Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 15–20 seconds per side until soft and flexible. On each tortilla, spread a thin line of sauce slightly off-center, then layer shredded lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese. Drizzle a little more sauce over the filling, fold the sides in, and roll up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Place seam-side down and slice in half if desired before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss the chicken with a spoonful of the sauce before assembling the wraps, and keep ingredients as dry as possible to prevent a soggy tortilla.
