Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each piece into a log and form into a bagel shape.
- Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These bagels are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
