- Add bananas, peanut butter, milk, honey, cinnamon, and ice cubes (if using) into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or banana slices if desired.
Notes
For added protein, mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder. You can also substitute almond or cashew butter for a different nutty flavor.
