Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Press gently so the coating sticks.
- Lightly spray both sides of the tenders with olive oil and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, lightly spray the tenders with oil before air frying. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce — honey mustard, ranch, or BBQ sauce. You can also use panko for a lighter, crispier coating.
