Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil spray (for misting)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Press gently so the coating sticks.
  4. Lightly spray both sides of the tenders with olive oil and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, lightly spray the tenders with oil before air frying. Pair with your favorite dipping sauce — honey mustard, ranch, or BBQ sauce. You can also use panko for a lighter, crispier coating.
