Method
- Prep the apples: Peel optional, core and cut into 1/2-inch fry sticks. Pat dry.
- Set up stations: Bowl 1 flour, Bowl 2 beaten egg and milk, Bowl 3 panko, sugar, cinnamon.
- Coat: Dredge apples in flour, dip in egg, press into crumbs. Rest 2 min.
- Air fry: Spray basket, single layer at 380F 7-9 min, flip halfway.
- Serve warm with dips.
Notes
- Work in batches to avoid crowding.
- Flip for even crisp.
- Best fresh; reheat in air fryer.
